    • This is a seminar for both patients and caregivers. It is expensive; however, part may be covered by insurance. The seminar is well worth the time and money. If you cannot afford to attend the seminars, purchase Dr. Simonton's books. He has a package which includes several of his key tapes and books--Getting Well Again and The Healing Journey. However, if possible, attend the seminar.

    • The Abramson Cancer Center has established a free website devoted to ill cancer survivors providing information regarding the health risks as a result of cancer therapies as well as a defined plan of action for maintaining health once treatment is completed. The site is operated by oncology physicians, nurses, and other health professionals from the University of Pennsylvania's Cancer Center.
